Okay so xmas is totally non frugal... spent far too much on oh, kids..and everyone..but its only once a year!! Am getting back on the wagon now, have 3 more bits to pick up and then that's it....no spending until new year!!
Tonight have two hampers to make up...ribbons, cellophane.. Absolutely loving Moneysavingexpert at the moment..fantastic ideas..my first hampers

Today used pantry items only to eat, been poorly so kept it simple
Rice pudding w/protein powder
Tea : Black eye beans/tomato/quorn pieces
Gonna check out all the whoopsie reduced items in the evening tomorrow, will report what I got

1st NSD
1st No spend day today
Prepared by making : 4 Tupperware of soup
Going to use up everything I have, planned to head to Morrisons late tomorrow to pick up all the reduced breads/crackers to pop in the freezer. Also few odds and ends. Otherwise its going to be use up before spending.
Keeping my eye on the goal of getting the boobs of my dreams finally!! Better than a gingerbread latte any day!!!
Otherwise here is what food I have stocked up:
PANTRY
Porridge- Chocolate/plain/golden syrup
7 tins rice pudding
1 tin black eye beans
1 tin tomato/lentil soup
2 tins carrots
1 serving wheat free Pasta
1kg Whey protein powder
FREEZER
1 bag Quorn chicken
2 Covent Garden Soups- Leek&Potato/ October Special
1 sack of spinach
4 litres of home-made soup
FRIDGE
2 Muller rice pots
2 Ambrosia pots
1 Covent garden soup
3 bottles Smartprice Lemonade
Toiletries/laundry/home items
All stocked up
Will update my ticker with tomorrow's spend, which is planned.

Have spent £6.60 stocking up will take this off my budget for NOVEMBER
Prepared 4 litres of soup which is in the freezer, going to use store cupboard and whittle down freezer, avoiding purchasing anything non essential or full price
